This Native American project/lesson explores implied texture using an Inuit picture book for inspiration. The materials are simple: paper and glue! Included are templates you can copy and have students use or they may draw the outline of their own bird! The torn paper edges add a feathery dimension to the project. Students will enjoy the simplicity of this lesson and the beautiful results! This lesson is great for students who are intimidated by having to draw, just use the template!
